The work

Four kinds of job. One rate.

A living room corner freshly cleaned

Regular home cleaning

Weekly, every other week, monthly, or whenever you need it. I work through the whole house on a set order so nothing gets missed, and I start with the rooms you told me bother you most.

  • Kitchens
  • Bathrooms
  • Floors
  • Dusting
  • Surfaces
  • Trash out
A cloth and spray bottle on a spotless counter

Deep cleans

For a first visit, a spring reset, or a house that has been let go a while. Everything in a regular clean, plus the things that only get done once or twice a year. It takes longer, so it costs more hours, not a different rate.

  • Baseboards
  • Blinds
  • Inside the oven
  • Behind furniture
  • Door frames
  • Vents
An empty room cleaned for a walkthrough

Move in and move out

Empty and spotless so the walkthrough goes your way. I do these for renters chasing a deposit, landlords turning a unit around, and realtors with a showing on the calendar. Cabinets and drawers get done inside and out.

  • Inside cabinets
  • Appliances
  • Fixtures
  • Windows in reach
  • Floors
  • Closets
A small tidy office with a clear desk

Offices and studios

Small commercial spaces around Ogden, cleaned after hours or before you open so nobody is working around me. Same rate, same person, and you get a key holder you actually know by name.

  • Desks
  • Break rooms
  • Restrooms
  • Floors
  • Glass
  • Trash out

No surprises

What is included, and what is not.

In every clean

  • Kitchen surfaces, sink, stovetop and outside of appliances
  • Bathrooms top to bottom, including the parts nobody enjoys
  • All floors vacuumed and mopped
  • Dusting, including sills, shelves and the tops of things
  • Mirrors and glass in reach
  • Trash and recycling taken out
  • Beds made, if you ask
  • Supplies and equipment, brought by me

Costs extra hours

  • Inside the fridge
  • Inside the oven, unless it is a deep clean
  • Interior windows above arm's reach
  • Laundry, folding and linens
  • Garages and unfinished basements
  • Post-construction dust
I tell you before I do any of it, never after. If a job is going to run past what we agreed, you get a text while I am standing there, not a bigger bill later.

Not sure which one you need?

Tell me what the place looks like and I will tell you straight. Most people need fewer hours than they think.
